No, you cannot use your own Merchant Center account with Order Legend in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

In these regions, Order Legend functions as a Google Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner. As part of this partnership, our system creates a Merchant Center account under our master Google CSS account, aligning with the program's requirements.

Our CSS google ads run in parallel with your existing advertising efforts. This means you can continue running your own campaigns through your approved Merchant Center account while Order Legend manages additional campaigns through the CSS account. This setup allows you to maximize visibility and drive incremental traffic without interfering with your current ad strategy.

If your existing merchant centre account is suspended, unfortunately you can not circumvent Google's decision by utilising Order Legend. Google checks Merchant Center accounts at the domain level, meaning that if your Merchant Center account is approved, ours will also be approved. Conversely, if one account is suspended, the suspension will cascade to other accounts associated with the same domain. For example, if your account is suspended, ours will also be suspended within a few days, and vice versa. Google's approach here ensures consistency and makes it impossible to circumvent suspensions or issues by switching accounts or trying different CSS providers. We highly recommend all stores looking to advertise on Google adhere to all Google Shopping Advertising policies.
