Active
All set-up is complete and Order Legend will be actively promoting your store's products on the Google Shopping Carousel.
Paused
You have run out of budget and your Google Shopping ads have been temporarily paused. Your Google Shopping ads will activate automatically when your budget renews (every 30 Days), or you can increase your budget to active your ads now.
Paused manual
The paused manual status means that your account has been manually paused by our account team. If this is unexpected, please contact our Support through our Chat.
Inactive
We are not promoting your products in the Google Shopping results carousel. If this is unexpected, please contact our Support through our Chat.
Commission budget used
An estimated amount (%) of your 30-budget which been used by commission charges. For example, if you have set a 30-day budget of $200 and $100 of commissions have been charged, you would have used 50% of your budget.
It is recommended that you always set a sufficient budget for the 30-days so that your Google Shopping ads are never paused.
Commission budget renewal
The date when your 30-day budget is due to renew, and the full amount will again be available for commission charges.
Total orders in last 7 Days
How many sales Order Legend has generated for you over the last seven days.
Order value in last 7 days
The revenue Order Legend has generated for you over the last seven days. This excludes shipping and all others costs.
Spend in last 7 days
Total commission due to Order Legend, for sales generated over the last seven days. This includes pending commissions due to be paid.
30-Day cap amount
This cap refers to the 12% commission Order Legend earns on sales generated through the App. Once Order Legend has reached your 30-day spend cap your products will no longer be advertised by Order Legend in the the Google Shopping results carousel.
Pending Orders
Your billing cap has been reached and you have not yet been charged for this order. Once you update your billing cap or it resets as part of the 30-day billing cycle, payment will be taken for these orders.
Total Pending Commissions
The amount of any commissions which could not be charged because your 30-day cap amount has been reached. These will be charged when your cap is next renewed.
