We use a last non-direct click attribution model with a 30-day cookie, meaning that the last non-direct click on an ad is attributed to the conversion.
Because of this, we strongly advise that you and your team members avoid clicking on your own advertisements and completing checkouts, as these actions will be recorded as regular customer behavior and subsequently, you will be charged for them.
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund in such circumstances, given that our system operated as designed and the charge was a result of this engagement with the ad.
