Are my ads live?

Please check the app dashboard status, descriptions of what each status means is below.

If your account status is "setup in progress" we're still setting up your Google merchant Centre, ad account, product feed sync and campaigns. If you are in this state for more than 2 weeks, please drop us a message and we'll investigate.

If your account status is "active" we've completed the set up of your Google merchant Centre, ad account, product feed sync and campaigns. If you are in this state for 4 weeks and see 0 visits and orders, please contact the team and we'll investigate. The following outcomes are likely if you have had 0 orders after 4 weeks:

1. We're stuck, the MCA account we manage has been suspended by Google, we'll be able to share some recommendations on how to get approved by Google.

2. We've lost money and do not pass this loss on to you. Our systems have reduced ad spending to prevent further losses. This is likely because:

  • There is limited search volume or demand for your products and we are unable to drive ad spend as there is little to bid on or...

  • We've been able to drive clicks that did not result in orders being placed. Many factors can contribute to this, all amounting to your on-site conversion rate and/or low order value, resulting in commission earnings being lower than ad spend on our side.

If your account status is "out of budget" we've set up your Google merchant Centre, ad account, product feed sync and campaigns. This means that our system has hit the monthly budget cap you have set and is not actively promoting your products on Google, ad campaigns are paused. We highly recommend that you increase your monthly budget so that we can continue to promote your store without interruption. We'll also send you an in-app and email alert warning you when you are approaching and when you have hit your budget cap.

If your account status is "paused manual", someone on the Order Legend team has paused your account. This is likely because you have reached out and asked us to pause our apps promotional activity for a period of time. Please reach out to us if you would like to enable our app activity again.
